WORLD HUMAN RIGHTS DAY

World  Human Rights Day is celebrated on the 10th of December, on this day in 1948 the world leaders got together and signed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

It forms the basis of Human Rights Law in the world.

This was 62 years ago !!!.Human Rights is still a relevant issue today as it ever was all those years ago.

In this spirit we facilitaed a FREE workshop at Somerset College of Arts and Technology on the 15th of Deccember 2009.

 The title of the Workshop was " Human rghts what is it all about?"

 Issues discussed where what this means  for contemporary society especially as it applies to the next generation of

world leaders.
